NEW ADOLESCENT GROUP!
OMG, I LOVE ME! The adolescent's guide to making it in middle school.
Do you:
- feel like you have to be somebody you're not to fit in?
- wonder about how to respond to bullies or mean girls?
- wish you could get along better with your mom or dad?
- sometimes feel like you can't control your emotions?
- ever think about what is really important to YOU?
Middle school is kind of weird for everybody involved. It's a time when things are changing, people are finding out
who they are, and all kinds of feelings happen along the way. This is a group that wants to talk about those feelings in a safe place with interested people. Are you interested?
Date: Thursdays, September 26 - October 24 (5 sessions)
Time: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Place: Visionary Family Counseling, 251 North FM 1626, Building 1B, Buda 78610
Cost: $30 per session, or $120 for all 5 session if paid up front
Who: Middle schoolers (girls or guys) who answered "yes" to any of the above questions

CHILD-PARENT-RELATIONSHIP TRAINING (CPRT)
In 8 WEEKS, you will learn how to:
- regain control as a parent
- help your child develop self-control
- effectively discipline and limit inappropriate behavior
- understand your child's emotional needs
- communicate more effectively with your child
In 8 WEEKS, you will see a noticeable difference in:
- your relationship with your child
- your child's behavior
- your ability to respond effectively
- your confidence in your parenting skills
